IPCOM launches anonymous whistleblower platform

An open culture is essential to ensure that employees, clients and other stakeholders are treated in a fair and equitable manner. In addition, it helps to maintain the integrity of our brand and avoid any issues that could threaten the reputation and, therefore, the short or long-term future of the business. 

As part of our mission to uphold the highest possible standards, we have implemented an internal system that allows employees to report non-compliant behaviour privately.

You can file a report straight away from your computer, tablet or smartphone and you do not need to worry about repercussions from aggrieved colleagues as all reports are dealt with in a confidential manner by a dedicated external and independent team.

The company can then investigate and halt breaches of the law, regulations, guidelines and industry codes, and prevent them from escalating.

This could relate to corruption, fraud, employment malpractice, health and safety violations, distribution of trade secrets or any other issue that threatens to damage the hard work put in by the vast majority of employees.
