Across the IPCOM Group, employees are continuously developing their skills through a variety of training programs designed to enhance expertise, leadership, and cross-border collaboration. From certification courses in fire protection and hands-on product workshops to webinars with industry partners and language and management programs, our companies are investing in learning initiatives that support both professional growth and operational excellence.
Fire Protection Knowledge Compact

Flamro fire safety certification training at ISOPARTNER Germany

On June 12th, ISOPARTNER Germany’s Berlin branch hosted the “Fire Protection Knowledge Compact” certification training in cooperation with Flamro. Led by expert trainer Mario Eichhorn, the session covered legal requirements in structural fire protection, fire behaviour, and various sealing systems. Practical examples complemented the theory, giving participants valuable real-world insights.

Armacell Day

ISOPARTNER Germany’s first Armacell Day combines learning and practice

The first-ever “Armacell Day,” jointly organised by ISOPARTNER Germany and Armacell, took place at the Laatzen branch under sunny skies. The programme featured expert presentations, a relaxed lunch, and hands-on product demonstrations, allowing participants to test various Armacell and noise protection solutions. The event concluded with a prize draw for two Armacell-sponsored toolboxes.

IPCOM's Language training programs and people management training

At IPCOM, language training programs have been offered to employees, who could choose between French, German, or Spanish courses. These programs aim to reduce language barriers with local companies and improve communication in daily business operations across the group’s international markets.

In addition, IPCOM has provided people management training for employees in new leadership roles. The sessions focus on developing effective leadership skills, strengthening team management, and preparing managers to guide their teams successfully while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
