A day out with the IPCOM HQ Team
In June, the IPCOM HQ team spent an unforgettable day in the beautiful Vlaamse Ardennen. We kicked things off with our Vespa ride through the scenic countryside, followed by an adventurous afternoon of teambuilding in the woods – tackling a high ropes course and competing in a fun game of laser shooting. We wrapped up the day with a dinner, enjoying great food, laughter, and each other’s company. A perfect mix of action, teamwork, and relaxation which we would definitely recommend to all teams!
ISOPILS – Cheers to team spirit!
At the ISOPARTNER Austria sales teambuilding workshop in April, something special was brewing – literally! During a hands-on session at the Freistädter Bierakademie, the team came together to create their very own beer. With lots of enthusiasm and teamwork, a refreshing Pils was born. After eight weeks of fermentation, the beer was bottled with a custom ISOPARTNER label and officially approved by the brewmaster. The result? ISOPILS – brewed by the team, for the team. Cheers!
ISOPARTNER Hungary’s team retreat at Lake Balaton
ISOPARTNER Hungary recently organised a two-day teambuilding retreat for the sales team in the peaceful lakeside setting of Balatonszárszó. The event combined professional growth with personal connection, featuring in-depth discussions that helped sharpen sales strategies and inspire new approaches. A highlight of the retreat was the visit from a premium supplier, who presented innovative products and sparked valuable exchange. Beyond the business focus, the team enjoyed an evening bike ride to a nearby restaurant, ending the day with a relaxed dinner and great conversation. The experience strengthened team spirit and reinforced the value of collaboration, inspiration, and mutual respect.

ISOPARTNER Hungary recently organised a two-day professional training program in the picturesque town of Gárdony, bringing together their sales team for a mix of learning, collaboration, and fun. Guided by inspiring trainers, the team participated in creative and thought-provoking activities designed to foster personal growth and strengthen teamwork. Surrounded by stunning scenery and a cheerful atmosphere, colleagues shared laughter, meaningful moments, and delicious meals—returning to work re-energised and more united than ever. The experience highlighted a clear message: strong teams are built through shared experiences and ongoing development.
Fishing trip strengthens connections in Sweden
In late August, ISOPARTNER Sweden brought customers and suppliers together for a mackerel fishing trip in Bua, Varberg. Despite windy conditions, the group enjoyed laughter, good conversations, and successful catches, while also taking in a scenic boat ride and sunset. The activity proved to be a much-valued way to connect outside of work and further strengthen business relationships.

ISOPARTNER Ireland enjoyed a sunny day of teambuilding at their annual BBQ, celebrating the people who make the company thrive. CEO Shaun and Purchasing Manager James swapped the boardroom for the grill, serving up delicious burgers for colleagues, while Ben’s Ices kept everyone cool with refreshing treats. The event combined great food, laughter, and camaraderie, highlighting the company’s commitment to teamwork, employee appreciation, and memorable moments together.
