IPCOM acquires Isoterm, strengthening its position in the Spanish technical insulation market
Isoterm operates across three strategic locations—Barcelona, Valencia, and Madrid—and has built a strong reputation for its customer-centric approach and technical expertise. With approximately €16 million in annual sales and a team of 31 employees, Isoterm has demonstrated consistent growth and resilience.
This acquisition will further enhance IPCOM’s ability to serve the Spanish market with high-quality insulation solutions and deepen its relationships with key suppliers and customers.
