Asbipro receives mega order of Rockwool in short term for transformation of Tata Steel production facility

Tata Steel, one of the world's largest steel producers, has the ambition to become the most innovative and leading green steel company in Europe. To fulfil these ambitions, they are going to start transforming the current production facilities at Velsen-Noord (the Netherlands).

For this project, Asbipro won a prestigious order to deliver 1400 m³ Rockwool stone wool granulate. This volume equals 25 trucks!!

The stone wool granulate will be installed by one of our long-term relations, the firm van Staveren Isolatie from Hoogvliet, in so-called "Cold Boxes" in a production installation of Linde Gas, which supplies industrial gases for other production processes on the Tata Steel site.

Partly thanks to a close cooperation with Rockwool, which produces this quantity in record time, this mega order was delivered within 4 days.
