The benefit of customer bonding
Retaining customers is a major part of the success of any business. By engaging in customer bonding, companies are able to generate a sense of loyalty and boost revenue. Additionally, there are a number of other benefits that come from bonding with customers. For example, getting regular customer feedback, which can help the company improve its products or services. Knowing this, our IPCOM group companies are continuously making efforts to keep up the relations and gain brand awareness.
Trainings @ISOPARTNER Ireland
During the summer, ISOPARTNER Ireland has facilitated Armacell’s Regional Training Programme in Dublin. The training was led by Jason Jeenes from Armacell who took a hands-on approach with each of the participants. The training is part of Armacell’s certification programme and consists of both the practical and theoretical part in a total of four levels.
Besides the Armacell’s Regional Training Programme, ISOPARTNER Ireland held in conjunction with Isover a training on the Climaver System. The training was led by Guillermo Pertierra Marina. The Climaver system is a state of the art, pre-insulated duct system that can be adapted to almost any project. It allows HVAC ducts to be installed in one easy step.
Such training results in additional skills that contribute to a standardised installation of the product across all markets and to efficiencies in labour costs on site. ISOPARTNER has a long standing relationship with Armacell and Isover in offering solutions to insulation contractors and already looks forward to rolling out further training in the coming months.
Customer training @ISOPARTNER Austria
Also ISOPARTNER Austria invited its customers this summer for a workshop with Armacell. This event started with a delicious breakfast, followed by a professional exchange with tips and tricks for practical use on daily construction sites. Dennis Wiemann presented the different Armaflex products, such as the new halogen-free Armaflex NH Smart System, Armaflex Ultima, etc. Besides the theoretical part, there was also a practical training.
Another initiative of ISOPARTNER Austria was the PROMAT roadshow. ISOPARTNER Austria’s customers got the opportunity to find out more about PROMAT's novelties and to get to know the new coating PROMASTOP® CA. The first Promastop CA product presentation took place at the ISOPARTNER Austria headquarters in Vienna. After a technical presentation, all participants were able to try out themselves and coat panels during the practical part. After Vienna, a product presentation also followed in the other branches at Linz, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Graz and Klagenfurt.
Customer fair @ISOPARTNER Sweden
To build and invest in partnership, ISOPARTNER Sweden has organised partner fairs at their facilities for the last two years. These fairs take place at their different locations and offer an opportunity to present new products and solutions and training programmes. It is a meeting place where ISOPARTNER Sweden, their suppliers, customers and end users meet for interesting discussions.
These partner fairs are not too classic. It's a fair with exhibitors such as Paroc, Isover and Armacell but it’s also a place to bond, to mingle around, maybe meet at the barbecue, over a hamburger or a cup of coffee. The set-up is different from one branch to another, but always with the same goal: build partnership.
North East Business Awards
Also reputation and branding helps to build partnership. And being nominated for a Business Award can count to build reputation! Insulcon Technical had the honour of being selected as finalists at the prestigious North East Business Awards! A great recognition for the team and their efforts to provide top-quality service to our valuable clients. Not ending at the top spot, doesn’t get them off track. The team looks back with pride and gratitude. And last but not least, the team is happy to share that Jordan, their youngest team member, went home with the prestigious Rising Star award. Congratulations to Jordan and the whole team!
