ISOLTEAM Pairi Daiza

ISOLTEAM, Exploring Pairi Daiza

On September 30th, Isolteam hosted a family day at Pairi Daiza for its employees and subcontractors, along with their families. Visiting Pairi Daiza is like leaving on a journey. With more than 700 extraordinary animal species in unique and authentic habitats, the parc has been named "Best Zoo in Europe" several times. It shouldn’t surprise that the event was a success and 125 participants signed up! The attendants could explore the park and spot the animals at their own leisure. The event concluded with a BBQ, providing a wonderful opportunity for everyone to bond and enjoy themselves.

Grill time @ ISOPARTNER Sweden

ISOPARTNER Sweden hosted a special grill lunch in Gothenburg on Thursday, September 28th. This event served as a bonding opportunity for employees, partners, and colleagues. The highlight of the gathering was the delicious grilled hamburgers. Such events not only promote a sense of unity and teamwork among attendees but also create a relaxed and enjoyable environment for socializing and building stronger relationships within the organization.

Kespet paintball

Kespet OY: A day full of speed, power and laugh

Kespet Oy organized a thrilling recreation day on September 1st, gathering its team in Tampere. The day featured racing at Motor Space karting circuit, lively paintball battles, and lots of laughter. This exciting day was followed by a dinner, the ideal moment for sharing recognition and appreciation for the employees' commitment to the company.  Finally, the day ended in a very typical Finnish way - with a sauna session. It was a dynamic and rewarding day, demonstrating Kespet Oy's commitment to teambuilding and employee appreciation.

ISOPARTNER Germany teambuilding workshop

Teambuilding @ISOPARTNER Germany

In June, ISOPARTNER Germany's team of Laatzen engaged in a professional teambuilding workshop, preparing for their collaborative venture at a new site. Guided by an expert trainer, they explored methods to enhance teamwork and discussed appropriate behaviours in different situations. This interesting first day concluded with a shared dinner, followed by a meeting the next day, which included a trainer's assessment and future tips.

In June, also the ISOPARTNER Germany team of Berlin enjoyed an afternoon of team bonding. The day began with a thrilling visit to the Berlin Dungeon, where a memorable photo was captured. Thankfully, all team members emerged unscathed from the catacombs. After this adventure, the team gathered for drinks and a delicious meal.

IPCOM HQ teambuilding

IPCOM HQ Teambuilding

End of June, the IPCOM team held its yearly teambuilding activity. The day started with a real team challenge: build a bicycle for Africa! From bare frame to a complete bicycle, equipped with the finest accessories. All teams received a bare frame and had to compete for the remaining parts. What followed, was a dynamic and vibrant game programme where the 4 IPCOM teams tried to outwit each other. With this activity, the IPCOM team did not only have great fun but also built for a good cause: the profit from this activity is spent for bicycles and other goods that are sent to projects in Africa.

After a lunch, the team continued the day with another game: Who is The Mole? The group was divided into several teams, with one mole per team. While the other team members try to bring the missions to a good end, these moles try to make their team's missions fail as unnoticed as possible. If the other team members can unmask the mole during a vote, they will receive points for this. And guess what, our CEO was the mole that nobody could unmask!
