IPCOM Charity Challenge 2025
At the beginning of 2025, IPCOM launched the IPCOM Charity Challenge, a new initiative encouraging all companies across the Group to engage in charitable projects that make a tangible impact in their communities. From fundraising and volunteering to awareness campaigns, the challenge invited teams to combine social responsibility with teamwork, creativity, and initiative.
Across the Group, numerous inspiring projects took place:
- ISOPARTNER Netherlands supported heart health through the Hart voor de Zaak program;
- ARLY contributed to education and emergency aid for children in southern Morocco via the 4L Trophy humanitarian project;
- ISOPARTNER Ireland engaged in mental health support through the Lighthouse Construction Charity and Movember and therapy fundraising for children with Down syndrome through the Inclusion Matters Re-Turn Campaign;
- ISOPARTNER UK took part in the CEO Sleep Out to support homelessness;
- INSULCON B.V.'s staff was treated with 'Sinterklaas' candy from Leergeld, helping disadvantaged children participate in school and extracurricular activities;
- TESPE supported Autismo E’, an organisation helping vulnerable individuals, by purchasing panettone for customers and suppliers;
- ISOPARTNER Sweden ran the ISOKIDS initiative to create special days for children facing serious illnesses.
And the winner is...
Among these impactful initiatives, TESPE stood out as the winner of the IPCOM Team Trophy 2025 for its Toy Collection for Children campaign. Staff gathered toys for underprivileged children in the Bergamo region, personally delivering them and ensuring the initiative had a meaningful, hands-on impact. TESPE’s dedication and engagement earned recognition through the trophy of this year and set a high standard for community involvement within the Group.
The IPCOM Charity Challenge 2025 demonstrated how collective effort, creativity, and social responsibility can bring lasting positive change. TESPE’s achievement serves as inspiration for all teams to continue making a difference in 2026 and beyond!
