Innovation by ISOPARTNER Switzerland for REGOPIR HF

With Switzerland being a typical PIR country, it shouldn’t surprise that ISOPARTNER Switzerland has always attached great importance to this material. Up to today they didn’t stop innovating. Let’s take a look at their continued success.

Success so far

ISOPARTNER Switzerland is one of the 3 leading PIR shell manufacturers in Switzerland and has always been extremely innovative. For example, they were the first to introduce the halogen-free shells to the Swiss market. REGOPIR HF was also the first PIR shell to receive the eco-bau 2 rating, which is an important standard in Switzerland. When it comes to fire protection, ISOPARTNER Switzerland is the first manufacturer that was able to pass the shells directly through walls and ceilings with the HENSEL test. On top of this, they are also digitally ahead of their competitors. For example, they are the only manufacturer in Switzerland that has BIM for its PIR shells. In short, they set the standard which is then pursued by the market. 

ISOPARTNER Switzerland has its own production plant in Busswil. The trays are cut by machine from large PIR blocks and finished by hand in 4 different versions, without or with lamination of ALU smooth, lattice or stucco.  These REGOPIR-HF shells are additionally equipped with a self-adhesive strip to easily assemble. 
 

And ahead

Today, they are once again proud pioneers. The team was able to achieve the "Indoor Air Gold" label - a certification from Eurofins. This demonstrates that REGOPIR HF fulfils the requirements of DGNB, LEED and BREEAM in the area of emission testing and thus contributes to a healthy indoor climate. This certainly brings an extra advantage, for example for use in public buildings.

Of course, the work doesn’t stop when achieving a label… Also with marketing and digital initiatives the team engages to promote the brand. They have restyled the old packaging into the "ISOPARTNER dress" and created a new logo for the brand in the two national languages German and French. Besides their direct customers, they also want to reach planners, architects, building owners and municipalities on a national and international level. 
 

Eye for sustainability

Also sustainability plays a role in the marketing story. First of all, REGOPIR-HF is a high-performance insulating material with the best lambda value (0.027 at 10°). With the requirements of Swiss legislation in the area of energy, it’s important to raise awareness about this law and to sensitize how these premium products meet these expectations. For example, the ISOPARTNER Switzerland team was already able to integrate REGOPIR HF into the calculation bases of Eiif in TIPCHECK.
Besides the product properties, also from operational perspective REGOPIR HF is a sustainable product: in production residual material is 100% recycled. 

In order to create this awareness, various publications have already been made in trade journals, newsletters and on LinkedIn. But of course, more marketing initiatives are planned.
