IPCOM Sr. Management Meeting @Barcelona
With several new faces in the group and two years of Covid behind us, we just had to bring everyone together to check-in with one another and communicate hurdles and needs. On the agenda: a company tour in the facilities of Flexicel, several meetings to discuss results, organizational goals and strategies, project updates, action items, supplier presentations and many more.
Of course, as pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work, the schedule wouldn’t have been complete without some pleasant team building activities in the evening, such as a walking tour in the historical part of Barcelona and a visit to the Pere Ventura vineyards and wine caves.
After this meeting, we can confirm: when a team gathers to share progress and build upon it together, they fuel further success, enthusiasm and engagement.
