Soon, we will be implementing a new system across all IPCOM entities that will improve communication and collaboration. Here’s what this means for you:

Easier Communication with Colleagues

Finding and contacting colleagues in different IPCOM locations is about to get a lot simpler. You’ll be able to search for and connect with colleagues through Microsoft Teams effortlessly. Your experience with Teams meetings and chats is set to improve significantly. You will also be able to chat and join meetings with colleagues from different IPCOM entities more easily, ensuring you have all the features you need for seamless collaboration. In short, communication within the group will be easier and quicker.

Simple Sharing in SharePoint and OneDrive

Sharing documents and working on projects with colleagues from different IPCOM entities will be easier. The new system allows easy sharing of SharePoint sites and OneDrive files, enhancing teamwork and making collaboration on documents smoother.

What Stays the Same

While these improvements will make communication and collaboration easier, the way each IPCOM entity manages its IT operations will not change. Each company will still control its own IT setup as before.
