As we have stepped into the new year, I hope each of you has been able to start 2026 with renewed energy and enthusiasm. It promises to be another dynamic and successful year for IPCOM, and we are excited to continue this journey together.
One of the highlights of the past weeks has undoubtedly been the acquisition of SDI/STI, which further strengthens our presence in France. Together with Soliso and Arly, we reinforce ISOPARTNER in France and can offer our customers an exceptional combination of technical expertise, flexible conversion capacity and excellent service.
Several organisational changes reflect the continued evolution of our company. Our CFO transition from Luc De Busscher to Kristof Vermeulen is another clear example of how our people continue to grow — and with them, IPCOM as a whole. Additionally, the creation of the new Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) role underscores how crucial digital transformation is to IPCOM’s long-term strategy and daily operations. Together, these shifts reflect our continued commitment to organisational excellence, agility, and innovation.
We are equally proud to have launched our Commercial Excellence Program. The first Sales Essentials training, delivered by Klaus Peerenboom in Finland, marks a strong and promising start. This programme will help strengthen our commercial capabilities across the Group and continue building a highly skilled, effective sales organisation.
It is also truly heartwarming to see how many charity initiatives have been submitted over the past weeks. Your enthusiasm and commitment show that at IPCOM, business performance and caring for the communities around us go hand in hand.
