Preface of our CEO

Thanks to your hard work, dedication and contributions, our company achieved remarkable results in 2022. Many business units and countries achieved their best year ever. Exceptional results were realized by, among others, the INSULCON group and most of our ISOPARTNER countries. 

Another significant achievement was the ISOPARTNER rebranding. We are now active with this strong brand in nine countries. Not only the name was changed; the teams also worked hard to rebrand their website, update company materials, communicate to stakeholders, all of which contributed to the current transformation. So many thanks to the teams from Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland and the Digital Marketing team in Melle. A great team performance!

With this rebranding, we want to give a strong signal to the technical insulation industry that, as a pan-European group, we are combining our strengths and know-how in our European ISOPARTNER network to offer our customers an even stronger professional service for both standard and tailor-made products. We want to be their preferred partner!

Our new acquisitions, AZ Flex, Adhesive in Hungary and Martinello in Italy, are being integrated into the group. Currently, our finance team is finalising further links with the various finance departments and development and cooperation between the other companies and countries of the group are ongoing. 

As for the future, the market outlook for 2023 is full of mixed signals: some of our markets are expected to continue their growth, while others might decrease in volume. Regardless of the market developments, IPCOM is planning to invest in the growth of group companies and in further acquisitions. 

We are looking forward to continue to work together to sustain our growth in 2023. We have talented and dedicated teams; we have a strong portfolio of products and services and a full commitment to our customers and the communities we serve.
