Waeyaert-Vermeersch and Isolteam: Night of Flanders (running race)
On Friday June 21st, a number of colleagues from Waeyaert-Vermeersch Insulation and Isolteam - both companies based in Kortemark in Belgium - took the corporate baseline quite literally: moving forward together. Under a beaming sun, they participated in the business cup of the 43rd Night of Flanders. An ideal end to the work week, in which everyone gave their very best again.
ISOPARTNER Austria: Golftrophy 2024
After a long break, the ISOPARTNER Golftrophy returned at GC Mühlviertel St. Oswald, attracting over 50 golfers for a memorable tournament on a beautiful June day. The event featured a classic 2Scramble format, with two food stations on the course. Besides the experienced golfers, also some beginners attended, aspiring to compete in future tournaments. A special thanks to all customers and suppliers for their sponsorship!
ISOPARTNER Ireland: Retirement Paudie and teambuilding
In ISOPARTNER Ireland, they take every opportunity to throw a party. End of June, there was of course the retirement of Padraig Gillen. Paudie has been the CEO of ISOPARTNER since 2018 but has been a strong force within the company for over thirty years. It was an inevitable day for both Paudie and the team, with many memories made and many milestones achieved!
More recently, ISOPARTNER Ireland combined its annual progress overview for their staff with a football jersey day. Fry cook for the day was their brand new CEO Shaun Gillen, who got some help from Mr. Whippy with the dessert. As part of this cook out, all staff was asked to donate to charity and they very generously gave a whopping €1500! The strength of the team is based on the contribution of all who are in it!
ISOPARTNER Hungary: Teambuilding
Also in June, ISOPARTNER Hungary organized a 3-day event for its employees, combining business and pleasure. It included several presentations and training sessions regarding communication, sales, self-awareness and so much more. Next on the agenda was a visit to their site in Debrecen, where the production manager led a factory tour. The team had the opportunity to see the latest Swiss air technology manufacturing machines, which left a strong impression. Feedback was positive, and there is renewed enthusiasm for future challenges, with confidence that the knowledge gained will be effectively applied in daily work.
ISOWILL: Teambuilding
In line with the yearly tradition, the summer holiday at Isowill was preceded by a team building. This year, the team enjoyed a cosy lunch during a boat ride to the city center of Antwerp. There, the plan was to do an underground walk and discover a forgotten piece of Antwerp history! Unfortunately, the walk could not take place in full due to heavy rain. But the team did not let that touch their hearts. Together, they turned it into an enjoyable afternoon!
IPCOM: Teambuilding + European Championship
For the IPCOM-team too, the summer brought some moments of relaxation and team spirit. At the end of June, IPCOM held its annual team building. We all headed to the Live is Live festival in Antwerp, where we got immersed in good vibes and good times together.
Also the European Championship has brought some fun and excitement to the IPCOM-team. About all colleagues took part in the IPCOM Prediction League and tried to predict the results of each football match as accurately as possible. Unfortunately there’s only one winner, who was celebrated during an award - and after work - ceremony in September. Congratulations to Lander Lisabeth, and of course also to Spain, the winner of the European Championship!

Last but not least, also at ISOPARTNER Spain they understand the importance of building and motivating the team through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and having a cosy time together. To celebrate the start of the holiday season, they organized a small dinner where all participants shared their plans for the summer of 2024. The evening was filled with laughter, stories, and exciting plans, along with a reminder of the objectives and changes that are ahead when starting back in September.
