IPCOM expands its footprint in Northwestern Spain with the acquisition of Gaisven
The company primarily serves heating, air conditioning, and insulation contractors in both the residential and non-residential markets. With a dedicated team of 25 employees, Gaisven generated a turnover of €16 million in 2023, underscoring its strong presence and reliability in the HVAC and insulation distribution sector.
This acquisition represents ISOPARTNER's second distribution company in Spain, alongside Aislamientos Diansa SL, which will soon be rebranded as ISOPARTNER Spain. The combined expertise and resources of ISOPARTNER Spain and Gaisven will drive innovation and deliver enhanced value to customers.
