IPCOM team boost @Brussels
To facilitate and promote the exchange of ideas, knowledge, visions and goals throughout the IPCOM group, regular group meetings are organised.
In May, two successful meetings were organised in Belgium – Brussels.
For the first time since Covid, IPCOM held its annual finance meeting on May 24-25, 2023. During these 2 days, the Finance Managers of all local companies and the corporate finance team came together to learn more about the latest updates and discuss various financial topics.
The second meeting was organised from May 31st until June 2nd and gathered the Sr. Management of the IPCOM Group. With the expansion of the group, it’s important to bring everyone together to check-in with one another and communicate hurdles and needs. On the agenda: several interactive meetings to discuss results, organizational goals and strategies, project updates, supplier information and many more.
At the end of these meeting days, after intensive and fruitful discussions, attendants could discover more about the history of Brussels. These informal activities are great opportunities to build strong relationships and boost cooperation!
After this meeting, we can again confirm: when a team gathers to share progress and build upon it together, they fuel further success, enthusiasm and engagement.
