In previous editions of the newsletter we have taken you on a journey through the world of Ipcom’s core values. Today we are up to the last – but not the least – value: Accountability

Accountability means that we are responsible for our actions and get the job done. We don't settle for excuses. We strive to meet the commitments we have made. We take responsibility to accomplish our work, on-time, with the highest quality possible. Accountability is a way of thinking, it applies at all times and to everyone.

Accountable professionals take ownership. When something goes wrong, they step into solution mode. They do not only care, they also take care. And that is exactly why most managers would place accountability at the top of their list of desired personal qualities they would look for in new team members. Accountability in the workplace fuels successful organizations!

Now that the last value has been highlighted, you know Ipcom’s core values back to front and it’s up to you to put them into action. Because we truly believe that a team applying these values - Integrity, Passion, Together, Flexibility, Out of the box and Accountability – is the difference between failure and success!
