Preface of our CEO
Dear Colleagues,
As we approach the summer holidays, I want to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a relaxing and enjoyable break. Whether you’re spending time with family, traveling, or simply taking time to recharge, I hope you find the rest you deserve.
That said, even during this holiday period, our company continues to move forward with great momentum. We have made significant progress across several key areas that will shape our future success:
- This year, we have already completed three acquisitions. After successfully acquiring Behling Insulation Supplies (BIS) and K&G Distribution (K&G) for the ISOPARTNER business unit, we are proud to welcome Unistara into the Insulcon business unit. While these new companies are getting to know the group and being integrated, we are fully focused on preparing for future acquisitions and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Due to our continuous growth, we are adapting our organization to ensure we can provide the right level of leadership and support to all our companies and countries. As the ISOPARTNER business unit is growing rapidly, we have decided to adopt a regional structure led by two regional CEO’s. Giulio Bruttini will be transitioning from M&A to this new role of Regional ISOPARTNER CEO for the South & West of Europe. We are also welcoming Thomas-Peter Wilk as Regional ISOPARTNER CEO. He will focus on Nordics, DACH and East. Congratulations to Giulio and welcome to Thomas-Peter!
- Also the ERP project is making good progress. After the summer, the first go-live is scheduled for ISOPARTNER Austria. This will be followed by ISOPARTNER Ireland and Flexicel Spain. Such go-live is not the end of the project, but rather a new beginning - both for the companies launching the system and for those actively preparing to migrate to MS D365, who will be next in line for implementation.
- In line with our commitment to sustainability, we are setting ambitious Science Based Targets (SBTi) which will require the dedication and effort of each company within our group to reduce emissions. Whether it’s through local energy choices, smarter transport planning, or sustainable workplace practices, small steps collectively make a big difference.
- Last but not least, our marketing teams are hard at work with rebranding initiatives. The logos of the different business units have been carefully harmonized, aimed at bringing our identity together as ‘One Family’. This rebranding is more than just a change in design. It’s a symbol of who we are as a group: a network of specialised companies moving forward together.
In short, a lot is happening, and it’s only through teamwork that we’re able to accomplish so much together. As everyone continues to put in great effort, I wish you all a wonderful and well-deserved holiday.
Enjoy reading the newsletter and have fun discovering all the exciting updates!
