ISOPARTNER DE takes pride in the training program they developed themselves

ISOPARTNER Germany has developed its own training program focused on measuring air conditioning cladding. In 2024, the program was conducted 14 times across several branches, including Berlin, Hannover, Volkach, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Munich. Each session was held in small groups of approximately 12 participants, ensuring personalized attention.

The team created customized training materials, which were professionally printed. Over the course of the year, around 170 customers participated in the program. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising the quality and effectiveness of the training.

The impact of the training has been clear: many participants improved their measurement techniques significantly, leading to an increase in measurement orders. Additionally, the courses strengthened their relationships with some customers, opening the door to new opportunities beyond cladding.

ISOPARTNER Romania is excited to share highlights from their sales team's recent participation in a professional training module organized by GM Sales Academy, held from December 2-4 at the Ramada Hotel in Bucharest.

The event, impeccably organized by CBC Romania, provided an ideal environment for learning and collaboration. The ISOPARTNER RO sales team demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm and active engagement throughout the training, making the most of this opportunity to enhance their sales skills and deepen their industry knowledge. This valuable experience not only fostered professional growth but also strengthened the team's ability to deliver outstanding results.

ISOPARTNER HU: Pre-Insulated Duct Workshop

This autumn, ISOPARTNER Hungary hosted their Pre-Insulated Duct Workshop for the third time! Designed to deliver valuable theoretical and practical insights into the HVAC field, the event catered to professionals and enthusiasts alike.

The program kicked off with a brief company introduction, followed by a theoretical session highlighting the benefits and applications of pre-insulated duct systems. Key materials such as PIR/phenolic foam boards and CLIMAVER glass wool products were featured prominently.

In the practical session, experts demonstrated manual manufacturing techniques, offering participants a hands-on learning experience. The workshop concluded with networking and informal discussions over lunch.

Climaver ISOPARTNER ES training

ISOPARTNER ES: Climaver training

In 2024 ISOPARTNER Spain held several Climaver training sessions. They started in Cádiz, at the Puerto de Santa María branch, on October 8. Clients participated in a full day of training, guided by leading experts in the creation of Climaver ducts. To accommodate busy schedules, the courses now run intensively from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., combining theoretical instruction on duct production with practical exercises to address real-world scenarios.

Following the Cádiz session, training continued in Algeciras, where clients gained theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in producing HVAC ducts. The week concluded on October 10 with a session at ISOPARTNER Málaga, offering comprehensive instruction in cutting and assembling Climaver ducts.

The courses were well-received, with experienced professionals showing great enthusiasm and focus. Participants received certificates for their dedication and skill development, highlighting the program's success.
