Preface of our CEO

Dear Colleagues,

I hope you all enjoyed a well-deserved Christmas break and you are now ready to start the new year with full energy, since 2025 promises to be an eventful and successful year. We will continue to invest in our people, warehouses, machines, IT systems and partnerships, ensuring that we grow stronger and more resilient in an ever-changing world.

First and foremost, our group is set to embark on another period of remarkable growth. With a well-filled pipeline of potential companies, our focus is on finalizing these acquisitions successfully. This will not only allow us to expand the group further but also strengthen it by investing in complementary services, products, and other valuable assets.

Additionally, this year we aim to focus more on collaborative sales by creating synergies between the different companies and business units. While we are already making progress in this area, there is certainly room for improvement. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, for example, by exploring the offerings of other IPCOM group companies and identifying potential opportunities.

In 2025, we aim to continue the progress we have already made in ESG. Over the past two years, we have made significant improvements in EcoVadis, and we intend to maintain this momentum in the coming year. This requires the commitment of all companies within the group, and I would like to sincerely thank everyone for their contributions and dedication in this area. 

Also with the ERP project we’re on the right track. This initiative is an investment in our future, aimed at driving improvements and creating greater uniformity across the group. To everyone involved: keep up the great work!

Our plans are ambitious, as they should be. But as always, our success will hinge on one crucial element: collaboration. Together, we can achieve more, learn faster, and create a positive impact. Let us welcome 2025 with open arms, confident in our abilities and determined to achieve our goals. I look forward to writing this new chapter with all of you.
