Dear Colleagues,

As we enter the third quarter of 2024, I am pleased to report that IPCOM has maintained a stable revenue performance, comparable to 2023. This stability is largely driven by the strong growth of Alara-Lukagro, which has outperformed expectations and significantly contributed to our overall results.

A recent highlight, was the successful rebranding of Diansa into ISOPARTNER Spain. This marks a new chapter for us, since Spain has become country number eleven selling under the ISOPARTNER umbrella. The rebranding has been well-received, and we are confident this will further enhance our brand recognition and business synergies across different regions.

Our most recent acquisition was also in Spain. We were pleased to welcome the Gaisven team to the IPCOM group in August. Gaisven has locations in A Coruna and Gijon in the North of Spain. They will work closely together with our ISOPARTNER team in Spain and in Europe.

Looking ahead, we have several new acquisitions planned for the coming months, reflecting our ambition to expand and capture new opportunities in our different business units and geographies. We will share more details on these exciting developments soon.

On the operational side, we have officially launched the ERP project, which is key to driving efficiency and aligning our processes across the group. The aim is to implement Microsoft Dynamics in many of our companies, especially within ISOPARTNER and FLEXICEL. The project is progressing well, and we are optimistic about the long term improvements this will bring to our group.

I am also delighted to share that our EcoVadis score shows remarkable improvement. IPCOM participates in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment each year. The improved score is thanks to the hard work of our teams and strengthens our position on sustainability and corporate responsibility.

As we move forward, our teams' continued focus and dedication will remain critical to our success. I want to thank everyone for their ongoing efforts, and I look forward to working together in the coming months as we achieve our shared goals.
